  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

  • In case of pricing errors, INNYA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

INNYA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Technical errors

  • Payment verification issues

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

If your order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

INNYA does not store your payment credentials.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for selected serviceable PIN codes.

  • A ₹100 Cash on Delivery handling charge is applicable on every COD order.

  • INNYA reserves the right to disable COD for certain customers, locations, or orders without prior notice.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days across India.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • ₹100 COD handling charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy available on the Website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy, including:

  • 5-day return and exchange window.

  • One complimentary exchange per order.

  • ₹200 charge for any second exchange request.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags attached.

  • Products without original tags or damaged due to customer use are not eligible for return or exchange.
