At INNYA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, the product must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

Be in its original condition with all tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Not have any stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage.
Important: Please inspect your product carefully before removing the tags. Products with removed or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy
We offer one FREE exchange per order.
For the first exchange, INNYA will arrange a free reverse pickup, wherever service is available.
If you wish to exchange the product a second time, an additional βΉ200 exchange and shipping charge will apply.
Please note that only one complimentary exchange is provided per order.
Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
We accept return or exchange requests if:

You received a damaged or defective product.

The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

You received the wrong style or colour.

You received the wrong size.
-
You received the wrong quantity.

The product does not match the description on our website.
Return or Exchange Will NOT Be Accepted For
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Change of mind.

Personal preference.
-
You simply do not like the product after receiving it.
We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, size guide, and images before placing an order.
Return Shipping Charges
If the return or exchange request is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong, defective, damaged, or incorrect item), INNYA will bear the return shipping cost.
If there is no fault with the product and the return request is approved for any other eligible reason, the return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used while placing the order.
Please allow 5β7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after the refund has been approved.
If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), our customer support team will contact you to collect your bank account details for processing the refund.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products without original tags.

Washed or used products.
-
Damaged products caused by misuse or improper handling.

Products returned without original packaging.

Products returned after the 5-day return window.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Share your order number along with clear photos of the product (if applicable).

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (for the first exchange, where service is available).
